How we Ship

Just about all of our items we have shipped are sent through UPS and FedEx..
Our shipping options are as follows:

UPS and FedEx Standard Ground 5-7 Business Days.
UPS and FedEx 2nd Day Air 2-4 Business Days.
UPS and FedEx 1 Day Air 1-2 Business Days.

We offer "Standard Free Shipping" on orders totaling over $150.00

Methods of Payment

You can purchase items from Ashlee and Seon Clothiers either on-line or by mail.
Orders made on-line are done by credit card, in which we accept the
following credit cards:

Visa, Mastercard

(American Express, Discover) coming soon.


If you would like to order by mail, then send us a cashier's check or money order.

Make sure your check or money order is made payable to
Ashlee and Seon Clothiers, and have written on your check the name of the product and the product ID.

Store Discounts

To use a discount code, just enter your code when you are in the process
of checking out. There will be a box labeled discount code, in which you will enter
your code and the discount will be applied to your order total.

Sales Tax

State law requires that we charge sales tax to customers who reside in the
State of Texas (8.25%). Customer orders that are shipped outside of Texas
are not charged tax.

Account Benefits "My Account"

Customers who shop at Ashlee and Seon Clothiers can sign up for a customer account. This is done by adding an item to your shopping cart and clicking the "checkout" button. From there customers who already have an account can login and checkout or new shoppers can register and checkout. The registration process is simple and easy and only takes a few minutes.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with the item purchased, you can return any or all items within 15 days of the order date in the exact same condition as received less shipping charges. The item must be unopened, and sent back in its original packaging.

Once we have recieved your item in the above condition, then we will issue you a refund by crediting your credit card or a certified check if paid by check(mail order).

To request and send back a return, please refer to the return instructions below:

Specify the reason why you wish to return the item. Once we have recieved
your email, then we will then send you a RMA Authorization number.

Then send your return to the following address and needed information:
